Emotional Eating Group
This group is offered to adult women who struggle with emotional eating and their relationship with food.
Food can be a source of relief and comfort to many; however, while it may be helping you cope, it may not feel comfortable to you to use food as comfort anymore. In this group, we will be exploring through both education and skill-building how to become more connected with your feelings and emotions while moving to a place of freedom from emotional eating and body image issues.
This group offers women a non-judgmental and safe place to explore their relationship with food and body without diet-talk, weight-shaming, or food talk.
Connect with other young adults who are struggling with all things #adulting. This group will be a safe place for clients recovering or in recovery from eating disorders and diet-culture.
