Food & Feelings

Food and feelings are often connected, and in this group we will explore our  relationship to each and the ways they intertwine. We will learn ways to process challenging emotions and foster a peaceful relationship with food and eating. This group will practice from a weight neutral and Intuitive Eating lens and is open to adults of all genders.
