Food & Feelings

In this group, we will explore our relationship to both food and emotions and the way they intertwines. We will learn ways to process challegning emotions and foster a peaceful relationship with food and eating.  This group will proactice from a weight neutral and Intuitice Eating lese and is open to adults of all genders.

$40 per group

8 week committment

Virtually on Tuesdays at 12pm
