Kait Vanderlaan is a Therapist and Yoga Teacher who specializes in working with teens and adults with eating disorders, suicidality, and grief. Kait values the mind body connection and the ways it impacts a person’s overall wellbeing. She provides LGBTQ+ affirming care and practices from a HAES and weight inclusive lens. Kait aims to help individuals build a healthy relationship with both their mind and their body.
Kiera is a licensed clinical social worker, and has over 7 years experience working with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a variety of concerns including eating disorders, depression, anxiety, neurodivergence, self-esteem, body image and trauma. She is HAES-aligned and has a creative and collaborative approach in therapy.

clients heal their relationships with food and their bodies. Her approach is
rooted in Health at Every Size (HAES®), anti-diet, and fat acceptance. She offers a
compassionate, collaborative approach to help clients discover their self-
worth and inherent ability to heal.
Maya is a black lab and an Air Dog® Certified Therapy Dog. Maya loves humans especially if you have treats. She believes that dogs and humans of all sizes deserve love, acceptance, cuddles, and delicious snacks!

Erin is a Health At Every Size® (HAES) informed registered dietitian whose goal is to help individuals break away from the idea that one’s appearance/body shape dictates their overall health. She believes that everyone deserves individualized care since each person has individual needs and goals.
Sarah is a registered dietitian that specializes in working with clients struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating, and chronic dieting. She practices from a HAES®- aligned perspective and is also an intuitive eating counselor.
